Docs & Tix

Docs & Tix is the group’s checklist: has everyone got their passport, insurance, lift pass and train tickets? These are its real pieces, from src/web/components/docs-tix/, filled with the sample trip’s people.

Page header

The same kind of header as the poll pages: the page title pill over the jaunt’s photo (a plain pale green box when there’s no photo), with the Documents / Tickets switch underneath.

Documents

• One solid teal card holding every document type, each as its own pale sub-card.
• Carousel or list, switched with the segmented toggle, carousel first like Where and Stay.
• Each type shows how many people have it (a bar and “6 of 8 checked”), then everyone’s name with a Checked or Not checked chip. In list view, just the two counts as chips, or one green “Everyone’s checked” once nobody’s left.
• An admin sees a hand button on each type to nudge everyone who hasn’t done it.
• Tapping + turns the pill into “Add document” and opens a panel: pick a type (the Select), see the current types with remove. The sections fold away underneath while it’s open.

Document types

• Each type can be added once. Once it’s on the jaunt it disappears from the picker, so the list only ever offers what’s missing.
• Custom is the exception: it’s always in the list and can be added as many times as you like.

Custom documents

1. Pick Custom in the type picker.
2. A Name field appears (“e.g. Pet passport”). Add stays greyed out until there’s a name.
3. The new section is titled with that name and gets a plain document icon. It works like any other type: the checklist, the counts and nudging.

When it’s added, the toast uses the name typed: “Pet passport added successfully”.

Tickets

The same teal card and views, one section per train, but with no +: tickets only appear here once a train is marked Requires ticket on the How page. Each still has its own nudge button.

Checklist pieces

The three parts every section is built from:

Completion meter	A bar and “6 of 8 checked”. The bar only shows in carousel view. The Voters card uses the same bar for “4 of 8 voted”
Checklist chips	The list view’s Checked / Not checked counts
Checklist rows	The carousel view’s person-by-person list, with “Admin” under the admin’s name
